Often referred to as fire reinstatement valuations, reinstatement valuations are a requirement of most insurance providers and lenders for commercial and residential buildings in order to clarify how much a building would cost to rebuild in the event of a disaster (eg. fire).
We have regulated and trained personnel in conducting reinstatement valuations and we have provided this service for an extensive range of commercial and residential clients, enabling them to secure insurance or finance for a building.
It is worth noting that having an inaccurate reinstatement valuation for a building could seriously jeopardise the position of a building owner in the event of a disaster as if insufficient cover has been taken, it may not be possible to re build the building or find finance to do so.
